Peppermint Essential Oil- 15ml
For Skin and Hair
Mix 5 drops of Soulflower Lavender or Peppermint Essential Oil with 1 tbsp of any Soulflower Carrier Oil and blend well. Massage gently on your hair or skin.
For Diffusion
Place the diffuser on a stable and flat surface. Take 3 to 4 drops of Lavender or Peppermint Essential Oil and mix it with water. Let the diffuser spread the calming aroma in your ambiance and relax.
Note
You can apply a very small amount of this essential oil on your pillow for a relaxed and peaceful sleep.
