The Website Operations & SEO Executive will manage and optimize Soulflower’s website to enhance user experience, increase traffic, and maximize conversions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the website reflects the brand’s identity, runs efficiently, and supports overall business objectives.

To manage the Ecommerce Business of Soulflower on key accounts like Amazon, Flipkart or
International Business on Amazon in USA and UAE. (Allocation of accounts based on business/
opportunity/ experience)

Performance Marketing Head will manage and optimize Soulflower’s paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and various online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other e-commerce channels. This role will focus on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) through efficient daily campaign management, data-driven decisions, and a deep understanding of digital marketplaces. The position also requires operational excellence in managing multi-channel advertising, ensuring optimal performance across all digital platforms.
