How to use
1. Relaxing Bath Soak:
- Add Epsom Salt to warm water: 2 spoonfuls for a bath, 1/2-1 spoonfuls for a foot soak.
- Soak for 15-20 minutes (up to 30).
- Frequency: 2-3 times per week, or more for muscle soreness.
2. Muscle Pain Relief (Warm Compress):
- Dissolve 1 spoonful of Epsom salt in a mug full of warm water.
- Soak a cloth, wring out, and apply to the affected area for 15-20 minutes.
3. Gentle Exfoliating Scrub:
- Mix 1/2 cup Epsom Salt with body wash/soap or carrier oil.
- Gently massage onto wet skin, avoiding broken skin.
