Best way is to diffuse these aromas. Take any Soulflower Electric or Ceramic Diffuser and pour water on the top. Add 2 drops each of these essential oils.
Light a candle beneath if it’s a ceramic oil burner. Switch on the light if it’s an electric one. The aroma will start spreading in a few seconds.
Alternately, you can also put 2 drops each of these essential oils in your pillow cover or bed sheet. The aroma would help you get a good night sleep
