I am very happy with the purchase and the hair oils are just too good.
During 1st wash, I got a huge hairfall but later it suits. Bottle pump was not working and that was really disappointing. No response received while I wanted to cancel the order, really need to work on that part. I am really expecting other amazing skincare and lipcare products from your side.

Your conditioner disappointed me you said it will frizz free after the usage of your conditioner but it does nothing for my hair ends

I would like to bring your notice to a product i recieved as a gift. It's a face gel moisturizer. I appreciate the effort of your team to provide gifts...but the product i received was not functioning well...Even after multiple attempts i couldn't get the product out of the bottle..I think the pumping mechanism of that is not functional. Please see to it the next time you send goodies to customers. If it cannot be used...there is no meaning in giving one.

I have used a soulflower product for the 1st time and I am impressed!!! My hair feels soft, bouncy and manageable. I ordered a combo with Rosemary Lavender Oil and that too is superb......

At start the rosemary argan conditioner helps a bit to make the hairs smooth but after a period of 2 - 3 weeks the conditioner doesn't help the hair strands and my hairs are really dry and frizzy type , so that's the reason at start I had a pleasent experience but over a due course of time my hairs had no effect from the conditioners over it my hairs are getting drier and frizzy.
And one more product I've been using since 2 months is the Rosemary redensyl serum. Due to that product my hairfall is periodically increased and I've been experiencing it from a good period of time . I actually followed the whole routine of your Rosemary kit . Precondition with rosemary lavender oil , shampooing with rosemary teatree shampoo and condition the damp hairs with the same conditioner mentioned above and applying the Rosemary redensyl serum on the scalp at last.
I really had hopes for this kit .. except the Rosemary oil I used and the shampoo. The other two products has made my hair quality and scalp status a bit worrying thing .
