  • Apply 5 drops of Frankincense essential oil with 1 tbsp of Soulflower carrier oil
  • Apply to chakras/vita flex points to stimulate and relax senses
  • Dab it on your neck with the help of a cotton pad
  • Add a couple of drops to your warm bath

For Hair

  • Massage 10 drops of Frankincense essential oil mixed with two tablespoons of Soulflower carrier oil.
  • Leave overnight for better results.
  • Add a few drops to your Shampoo/Conditioner
  • Apply as a hair serum
  • Use as a hair perfume by applying on wet/ towel-dried hair

For Aromatherapy

  • Diffuse for 30 mins with the help of Soulflower Diffusers.
  • Add five drops of Frankincense Essential Oil to your pillow to reduce restlessness.
  • Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle or after taking a few drops on a handkerchief
