Shipping Policy will deliver the products only within in India and will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside India. 

If receives order from a place where there is any extra local tax (i.e Octroi, local area cess) under such circumstances will not be liable to pay local authority taxes and the same will have to be paid by the customer. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit  items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same  card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to  as it may deem fit.

Soulflower ships its orders via reputed couriers and the tracking of the same is available on the courier partner website, in event of deliveries in city of Mumbai the company uses local delivery companies for expedited delivery.

Souflower has no control over its courier partner staff or delivery staff, hence it will raise a complain with courier partner for any delay or misconduct.

Tracking generally takes 24 hours to be updated after handing over the shipment to courier partner.
