Shipping Policy

Soulflower.in will deliver the products only within in India and will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside India. 

If Soulflower.in receives order from a place where there is any extra local tax (i.e Octroi, local area cess or tax) under such circumstances Soulflower.in will not be liable to pay local authority taxes and the same will have to be paid by the customer. 

Soulflower.in reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit  items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same  card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Soulflower.in also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to  as it may deem fit.

Soulflower ships its orders via reputed couriers and the tracking of the same is available on the courier partner website, in event of deliveries in city of Mumbai the company uses local delivery companies for expedited delivery.

Souflower has no control over its courier partner staff or delivery staff, hence it will raise a complain with courier partner for any delay or misconduct.

Shipping charges may vary time to time and is visible at checkout. 

COD charges are applicable on COD orders and the same is visible at checkout

Part COD Part Prepaid has minimum fixed non refundable charges and the same is visible on the checkout.

Soulflower delivers goods in corrugated paper box deemed perfectly for the safety of delivery via couriers

If you happen to see anything tampered or leakage sign on the box while receiving it then please make a video and share with us over whatsapp +91 8080356666 or email given at the bottom of the page by giving reference to your order number, concern and clear 360 degree video of the package

We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person on your behalf or OTP shared by you before the delivery to the courier person.

We are not responsible for damage after delivery while opening the package by the customer.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Soulflower customer service on the day of delivery.

You may receive your order in Multiple shipments depending on the products ordered.

For any shipping tracking post ordering one can track the same from your account on Soulflower.in or the message received on your whatsapp number provided at the time of order or by providing order details on 

Track Order

Tracking generally takes 24 hours to be updated after handing over the shipment to courier partner.
