Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Step 1: Understanding Order Cancellations 

  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. 
  • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, IT error, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 
  • We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 15 days or next billing cycle of your credit card. 
  • Order cannot be cancelled when in transit or with the courier. Refund of the same will be initiate once the order received back at our warehouse and quality control process is completed. Time taken for inward quality check is minimum 3 working days.

 

Step 2: Payment Authorization and Refunds 

  • We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you.
  • in reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order. 
  • There won't be any refund in case the customer cancels/returns the order once received and the product(s) is/are damaged at the customer end. 
  • Cancellation of any order has to be done within 30 minutes from the time of placing the order with valid reasons.

 

Step 3: 7 Day Money Back Guarantee 

  • Have any issue with your Soulflower purchase? Return it for a refund less handling and courier fees within 7 days of delivery. Subject to acceptable reason and delivery defect issue.
  • Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Our 7-day money-back guarantee ensures that you can shop with confidence. 
  • Refund is initiated post return of the product at our warehouse of at least 75% of the original product volume received back.
  • In case of wrong product ordered by the customer, he/she will have to bear the to & for courier charges to our warehouse in Mumbai.
  • In case any product ordered by the customer and decides to return for a reason other than any specific issue related to quality, damage, wrong product received as per the invoice and actual, same will not be accepted.
  • Unboxing unedited video showcasing all sides of the box and opening has to be shared with us on our contact details via whatsapp or email.
  • Soulflower's decision will be final for any dispute arising and subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

 

Step 4: Return Process and Conditions

  • Before you go on your shopping spree, here are a few things you should know about our products and what to expect from them. 
  • We accept returns under specific conditions such as wrong product delivered, expired product delivered, damaged product delivered, or incomplete order. 
  • However, returns/replacement requests will not be accepted for opened/used/altered products, missing original packaging, or if the request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Also, the damaged/missing product must be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery with an unboxing unedited video.

 

Step 5: Money Back Guarantee Terms

  • The 100% Money – Back Guarantee Offer is eligible on products that require topical application i.e., Skin & Hair care products ONLY. Home category and Giftsets are EXCLUDED from this offer. 
  • All orders placed after 22nd March 2021 at 18:00 pm on soulflower.in will be eligible for a money-back guarantee on the selected product range mentioned above till Soulflower issues notification regarding the closure of the guarantee period. 
  • Any previous orders will not be eligible for this scheme under any condition whatsoever. 

 

Additional Notes: 

  • All original containers, e.g., bottles, must be retained by you and returned to us when claiming a refund (A minimum of 75% volume has to be returned). 
  • When returning the products, ensure that they are returned in the original packaging – with all bottles sealed tightly to prevent leakage. 
  • The returned products will be subjected to a quality check for any damages. Once we accept your return, you will be issued a refund of the original price paid by you for the goods when placing the order. 
  • In case of a dispute, the company decision shall be considered final. 
  • The above is applicable for purchases on soulflower.in only. No affiliate commission is paid on any product return. 
  • Partial Prepayment on COD Orders
    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with partial prepayment, if the order is canceled or refused by the buyer for any reason, the prepayment made will be non-refundable. The brand will not issue any refund for the amount paid in advance.
